Excellent and comfy position was an added bonus. It was good to be 1 mile away from Mod Pizza, serving short-orders.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a very very nice area, not far from Overland Park, many restaurants and shopping in the area and nice eating establishments. The breakfast was hot and varied, such variety, with muffin, fruit.

Stay here and enjoy your Olathe weekend. It's wonderful best western hotel with consistently courteous and very pleasant staff. The venue has a great and comfortable location close to everything. The place to order lunch at a moderate distance from the hotel is Ihop.

Consistently courteous staff and exceptional rooms, we had a really really nice experience. There were central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, truly enjoyed that. I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Best Western. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, surpassing my picky standards. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with an extra TV and seating area. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection. Despite minor inconveniences like a non-working hand soap dispenser and limited water pressure, the overall experience was well above expectations for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the service although the gentleman who checked me in was a little too pushy about signing up for the Best Western rewards card. I was tired and wanted to go to my room and finally had to tell him that. The room was nice if a bit cramped for a King Suite. The bed was comfy and I liked the pillows! Loved that the remote controls were clean and in special little holders. Very nice touch. I do like how bw is trying to make a comeback and appreciate their efforts. Keep up the good work!

The bulb was burned out in the bedside lamp so I took one from the floor lamp. The heating system was not very good. If I turned it up one degree it would get too hot but the air blowing out of the system was cold but later warmed up the room. Later I had to turn it down and ended up putting my coat over me to keep warm. I had a hard time putting make up on due to the ghastly mirror light. I also wish the bathroom had hand towel racks on the wall instead of under the sink. There wasn't a place to hang bath towels either. I know these are picky things but it does make a difference when I make a decision whether to stay there again or try a competitor of which there are plenty in that area.
